As of January 1st 2024, the the Italian Legal Entity company name "Ticomm & Promaco Srl" has changed to "Eurograte Srl".
The change reflects the evolution of our business, today focused on specializing in the manufacturing and marketing of composite gratings and profiles.
Important: the company's legal address, VAT number and tax code have remained unchanged. The bank details have also not changed.
Eurograte Group launches the expansion of its manufacturing site in Loreo (RO), presenting itself to the market today with new energy and prospects for innovation.
Thanks to a major investment, an area of over 20,000 m2 and the introduction of state-of-the-art machinery, Eurograte Group will be able to strengthen its European leadership in the production and processing of composite gratings and profiles.
Eurograte Group, in this new guise, merging past experience with the future energy, aims to achieve higher standards of efficiency and innovation levels.
Giuseppe Tantardini sells ownership of Ticomm & Promaco Group to the Swedish group Bolagsgruppen Lotorp AB.
EUROGRATE, remains partially operational at the service of our Italian and foreign customers, while taking care of our staff and in compliance with the government guidelines.
